Fulfillment Policy

  • Refund/Return Policy  – You may receive a full refund within 7 days of starting the licensing process to be authorized for services, no questions asked. After 7 days you are entitled to pay your entire invoiced amount.
  • Delivery Policy – You may progress through the licensing process as fast as you make time. We have seen some clinicians complete the required steps within 1 month and others take 12-24 months. Keep in mind, 3rd party requirements may extend wait time up to 12 months to authorize services. Delivery of first authorization of services varies based on state, location, experience, time available, and Optonome processing time. Please inquire to determine an estimate on the time of delivery in your state.
  • Cancellation Policy – You may cancel your licensing subscription at any time. If you are licensed for services you must fulfill any invoiced amount with Optonome. You may cancel any agreement by destroying: (i) all materials obtained from all Optonome’s websites, and (ii) all related documentation and all copies and installations. For any services billed, Optonome will archive data for up to 10 years in case of any investigations.
